Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a comprehensive communication and CRM targeting plan for Europe.
- Coordinate CRM campaigns across digital, online, and offline platforms in collaboration with various divisions and European markets.
- Manage internal CRM providers to ensure operational execution of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results to identify best practices and refine strategies.
- Handle CRM tool orders for the European region, including mailings, catalogs, and brochures.
- Support European markets with retail orchestration and one-to-one clienteling tools.
- Occasionally assist in creating strategic presentations for the European Marketing Direction and CRM Committees.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze email strategies of brands during events such as Fashion Week.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School or University (equivalent to Bac+5).
- Previous experience in Client Marketing and/or CRM.
Skills
Experience
A proven track record in client marketing or CRM, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
Education
Pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School or University.
