Counter Manager (Cosmetics) — Taipei Area
Chanel is hiring a Counter Manager in New Taipei City to lead Taipei-area cosmetics counters, drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of cosmetics counters across the Taipei area, ensuring consistent delivery of Chanel’s luxury client experience.
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through coaching, motivation and performance management of the counter team.
- Recruit, train and develop counter staff in product knowledge, clienteling techniques and service protocol.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional directives in line with Chanel brand standards and local calendar events.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising resets, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, VIP servicing and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports; liaise with district/regional management to align local execution with corporate strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail, with responsibility for a multi-person team and multiple selling points.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a high-end retail environment.
- Strong coaching ability with experience in recruitment, training and performance management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience managing stock, merchandising and retail reporting.
- Legal eligibility to work in Taiwan and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in beauty/cosmetics retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role for a luxury or premium brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality or cosmetology preferred.
