Cosmetovigilance Data Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data projects supporting cosmetovigilance activities: requirements capture, solution design, delivery, and validation within regulated frameworks.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, data quality rules and metadata practices for safety-related datasets.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Safety/Regulatory, Quality, IT, Business Users, Legal) to prioritise deliverables and ensure regulatory readiness.
- Develop reporting and analytics specifications for adverse event monitoring, signal detection and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee implementation of data integration, ETL and data modelling activities; validate data lineage and traceability for auditability.
- Manage project timelines, risk registers, budgets and vendor relationships; prepare project documentation and executive status updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cosmetovigilance processes, SOPs and data-related controls to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, data science, engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Practical knowledge of cosmetovigilance or pharmacovigilance principles, safety reporting requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proven project management capability with experience running cross-functional data projects in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management and the fundamentals of data integration and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with capacity to translate regulatory needs into technical requirements.

Experience
Several years of professional experience delivering data projects within cosmetovigilance, pharmacovigilance, regulated healthcare, or the cosmetics industry; demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering regulatory-facing data solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, data science, engineering or equivalent; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
