Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Kuala Lumpur — deliver luxury beauty consultations, clienteling and sales for an iconic French house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch beauty consultations and make‑up/skincare services that reflect Chanel brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and aftercare to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through persuasive selling and product recommendation of make‑up, skincare and fragrance ranges.
  • Execute in‑store merchandising and visual directives to maintain a polished, brand‑consistent presentation of counters and displays.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and basic stock control, including replenishment and inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in product training, team briefings and promotional events; provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory standards for in‑store services and product sampling.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in beauty retail or cosmetics counters; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Professional make‑up application and skincare consultation skills; certification or formal training is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse clientele.
  • Flexible schedule availability to support retail hours, weekends and promotional periods.

Experience
