Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the in‑house legal team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, supply and distribution contracts.
- Provide legal support to business teams on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including risk analysis and contract compliance.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear legal memoranda and operational guidance under the supervision of senior counsel.
- Coordinate with external counsel and follow up on litigation or contentious matters as required.
- Contribute to contract management, template updates and the maintenance of legal files and corporate documentation.
- Support internal stakeholders through day‑to‑day legal assistance, trainings and awareness on legal best practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in Business/Corporate Law (Master 1 or Master 2) and available for an alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong academic record from a reputable law faculty or Grande École.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional maturity, discretion and sound interpersonal skills when liaising with commercial teams and external advisers.
- Interest in the luxury sector and customer‑centric business models.

Experience
Previous internships or practical experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department in corporate or commercial law is advantageous but not mandatory for alternance candidates.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Law (Master 1 or Master 2) or equivalent legal studies.
