Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end contract management for Parfums & Beauty: prepare, circulate and follow up contracts, amendments and renewals.
  • Maintain and update the contract database and document repositories; ensure accurate filing, version control and archival.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with legal, procurement, regulatory, finance and marketing teams to obtain approvals and signatures within deadlines.
  • Draft and redline standard contractual clauses under supervision; flag commercial or legal anomalies for escalation.
  • Prepare editorial materials and administrative documentation for product launches and partner communications; assist with production of contract summaries and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines and work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable learning document management systems.
