Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of contract and rights management within the Perfumes and Beauty Images and Films team.
- Support negotiations concerning copyright and image rights conducted by production teams, ensuring centralized information flow to the legal department.
- Draft and dispatch purchase orders for models, photographers, and music rights, including simplified contracts and NDAs.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of rights, collaborating with the legal department and budget managers.
- Track contract formalization and renewals in conjunction with marketing teams and database management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a focus on intellectual property and copyright law.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience or knowledge in copyright and intellectual property rights is required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
