Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in consolidating and uploading sales data from local markets into business intelligence platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Cross-validate sales information by comparing system data with local source files.
  • Prepare and share monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Assess and track submitted purchase orders and distributor stock holding, analyzing coverage periods and suggesting improvements.
  • Support Area Sales Managers with order validation and provide critical feedback prior to final placement.
  • Monitor and report monthly End of Life (EOL) volumes at distributor level.
  • Follow up on expense trackers with local markets, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Cross-check expense entries and flag any discrepancies or overspending.
  • Update and improve commercial templates for new periods, and assist local market teams with troubleshooting and consolidation.
  • Suggest new template formats to streamline reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Collect and validate documentation for UAE shipment clearance, coordinating with Supply Chain Executives for timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized files and reports to support seamless commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or coursework in commercial analysis, data management, or retail is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong analytical mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work collaboratively across teams. Clear and confident communicator, with strong verbal and written English skills. Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Motivation to turn data into actionable insights and support business growth.

Experience

Previous experience or coursework in commercial analysis, data management, or retail is an advantage.

Education

Degree or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
