Role & Responsibilities
- Support commercial coordination for the Exceptional Pieces division, including monitoring orders, availability and delivery schedules for high-value items.
- Serve as liaison between boutiques, sales teams, ateliers and logistics to ensure seamless execution of client orders and internal workflows.
- Prepare and maintain sales and inventory documentation, update internal databases/CRMs and compile weekly status reports for the team.
- Assist with appointment preparation, client follow-ups and bespoke requests, ensuring a high standard of confidentiality and client service.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects such as stock reconciliations, shipment tracking, and preparation of materials for client presentations or events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Commerce or a related field (student status required for a Stage).
- Availability to undertake an internship starting July 2026; able to commit to the internship duration required by French internship regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigor and discretion when handling confidential, high-value client information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across commercial, operational and creative stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in French is strongly advantageous for client-facing coordination in Paris.

Experience
No specific prior professional experience is required; previous internships or work experience in luxury retail, client service, merchandising or commercial coordination will be considered an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Commerce or a related discipline; student status required for internship eligibility.
