Join Chanel in Paris as a Commercial Coordination Assistant. Assist in planning and merchandising for Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie. Internship starts July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and merchandising of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie exceptional pieces across all regions.
- Operate and monitor the flow of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie in collaboration with merchandisers and regional markets.
- Coordinate stock receptions and shipments in collaboration with stock, transport, and customs services.
- Update stock tracking tools.
- Create and update sales support tools.
- Provide occasional assistance during Haute Joaillerie events.
- Manage stone certificates, including archiving and tracking authenticity certificates.
- Serve as the point of contact for regions/markets regarding certificate dispatch.
- Analyze and track billable pieces via the dedicated platform.
- Contribute to the drafting of sales reports for regional and global teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Previous internships in an international environment are preferred.
- Interest in the jewelry industry.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in an international setting is preferred, particularly in business development or luxury fashion.
