Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique client advisors in the daily management of high‑value client relationships, including follow‑up communications and personalized service.
- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and in‑person with exemplary professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate appointments and client visits, ensuring seamless scheduling and preparation of boutique dossiers.
- Handle after‑sales processes — returns, repairs, exchanges and order tracking — according to boutique policies and brand standards.
- Maintain and update client records and interactions in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and packaging sales and client deliveries to brand standards; support in‑store events and client experiences as required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional boutique teams to escalate and resolve complex client matters promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in luxury management, business, communication or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished telephone and written communication; impeccable discretion and client confidentiality.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury boutique and a commitment to service excellence.
- Basic digital literacy; comfortable using CRM systems and common office applications.
Skills
Experience
Previous client‑facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Internship experience or roles in hospitality, events or customer service will be considered positively.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in luxury management, business, communications or a related discipline.
