Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch client service in the boutique: answer inquiries, manage follow-ups and ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Coordinate appointments, private fittings and client visits in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Process orders, manage exchanges and returns, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update client records in the boutique CRM and ensure strict confidentiality of client information.
  • Support boutique operations including stock checks, merchandising assistance and preparation of client shipments.
  • Assist with boutique events and VIP activations, preparing client communications and personalised welcome materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing support, filing and handling multi-channel client requests (phone, email, in-person).

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in an approved alternance (work-study) programme — BTS, Licence Professionnelle or equivalent in commerce, luxury management or retail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, discreet and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail; capacity to prioritise multiple client requests.
  • Legal eligibility to undertake an alternance contract in France and availability to start in September 2024.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous; internships or seasonal roles within luxury fashion or boutique environments are highly valued. This position is structured for a work-study candidate with limited professional experience.

Education

Currently enrolled in a vocational or higher-education programme relevant to commerce, retail or luxury brand management (BTS, Licence Pro or equivalent) as part of an alternance contract.
