Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Client Care center managed by an external provider and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to deliver precise information and impeccable service to clients.
- Monitor and update ongoing client cases in Salesforce, the tool used by Client Care advisors.
- Manage the reception of products for handling customer service cases in the Perfumes & Beauty division.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of case handling quality by ensuring adherence to Chanel's established processes.
- Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the external provider.
- Update procedures to optimize and personalize client relationships.
- Contribute to a global reflection on service and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
- Demonstrated rigor, reactivity, and efficiency.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in customer service and luxury is essential.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University.
