Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the Client Care center managed by an external provider and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to deliver precise information and impeccable service to clients.
  • Monitor and update ongoing client cases in Salesforce, the tool used by Client Care advisors.
  • Manage the reception of products for handling customer service cases in the Perfumes & Beauty division.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of case handling quality by ensuring adherence to Chanel's established processes.
  • Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the external provider.
  • Update procedures to optimize and personalize client relationships.
  • Contribute to a global reflection on service and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
  • Demonstrated rigor, reactivity, and efficiency.

Skills

Proficient in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Strong aptitude for digital tools. Flawless written French and excellent command of English. Exceptional communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders. Constant focus on optimization and pragmatic problem-solving.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in customer service and luxury is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University.
