Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe export client management team with day-to-day account administration, including order entry, confirmations and follow-up.
- Act as a primary point of contact for European wholesale clients on routine queries, delivery schedules and order status.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and export teams to ensure timely shipment and customs compliance for international deliveries.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports, monitor client allocations and assist with demand/supply reconciliation.
- Collaborate with sales, finance and legal teams on invoicing, credit control and contract documentation as required.
- Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems; ensure client records are accurate and communication is logged.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects aimed at improving processes, client service levels and export operations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, International Trade, Commerce, Luxury Management or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client service orientation, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential commercial information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and the capacity to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Previous internships or part-time experience in customer service, sales support, export operations or within the luxury retail/wholesale environment is strongly desirable but not mandatory for this apprenticeship role.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
