Client Marketing Intern
Chanel — Client Marketing Assistant Internship in Paris. Support CRM, client campaigns and boutique coordination; start July 2023.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the client marketing team in planning and executing client acquisition and retention campaigns across boutique and digital channels.
- Manage and update client segmentation and CRM records, ensuring data quality and compliance with brand standards.
- Draft and localize client-facing communications, including emails, invitations and in‑store materials, in coordination with the boutiques.
- Produce campaign performance reports and basic quantitative analyses to inform optimisation recommendations.
- Coordinate logistics for client events and in‑store activations, liaising with boutiques, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with creative briefs and content preparation for digital and POS usage, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot operational issues with cross‑functional teams.
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily team operations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Analytical curiosity and comfort with basic reporting and data manipulation.
- High degree of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Availability to start in July and commit to the full internship period (typical duration negotiable).
- Previous internship experience in luxury, retail, or CRM is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in French is strongly preferred; professional working knowledge of English is desirable.

Internship-level role; candidates should be current students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to luxury goods, retail, clienteling or CRM through internships or part-time positions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
