Chanel Paris seeks a Client Marketing Assistant (Work‑Study) for the Fashion Boutique — alternance starting Sept 2024.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique’s client marketing and CRM activities, including campaign preparation, segmentation and execution.
- Maintain and enrich the client database: data entry, hygiene checks, enrichment and tagging for clienteling initiatives.
- Assist in localised client acquisition and retention programs, including invitations, follow‑ups and RSVP management for in‑store events.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with boutique teams to align marketing actions with store priorities and to support client appointments.
- Contribute to content preparation for client communications and social channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects and coordinate with regional marketing teams when required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Commerce or equivalent (work‑study / alternance contract).
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to data quality and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a client‑centric approach.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and retail; professionalism appropriate to a couture environment.
- Availability to work on a work‑study schedule beginning September 2024 and for the contractual duration of the alternance.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or part‑time experience in luxury retail, CRM, clienteling or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in client relationship management and retail operations is expected.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Business Administration or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance compatible).
