Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the optimization of boutique results and operations.
  • Support the customer loyalty program, including vendor follow-ups and new client integration.
  • Prepare and animate clienteling workshops.
  • Conduct customer analysis, including top clients and local segmentation.
  • Manage and track client gift orders and stock.
  • Assist in preparing team briefs and marketing activity updates.
  • Analyze mystery shopper visits and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage digital tools for vendors and clients, ensuring updates and feedback collection.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience.
  • Assist in organizing events, including vendor coordination and budget tracking.
  • Gather qualitative client feedback post-events and analyze ROI.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
  • Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Dynamic and rigorous work ethic. Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in IT tools.

Experience

A first experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
