Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique client marketing and clienteling activities: prepare client communications, invitations and personalised outreach for VIP and regular clients.
  • Maintain and update the boutique client database with accurate contact details, preferences, purchase history and event attendance.
  • Assist in the coordination and operational delivery of in-store client events, private appointments and trunk shows, liaising with boutique sales teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Prepare client dossiers, personalized follow-ups and gifting logistics to ensure consistent high-touch service.
  • Produce basic CRM reports and sales follow-ups to inform boutique initiatives and client reactivation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and visual teams to ensure key client segments are informed of product launches and exclusive allocations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards in all client-facing processes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks to support boutique goals.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship or work experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a polished, client-focused demeanour and professional discretion.
  • Proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset and strong cultural fit for luxury retail standards.

Experience
