Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique client marketing activities: maintain and enrich the client database, segment clientele and prepare targeted communications.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions: appointment coordination, follow-up messages, VIP servicing and clienteling under boutique standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store activations and client events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare regular reporting and performance summaries (client metrics, campaign responses) to inform boutique marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and store teams to align promotional materials and product presentation with marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to content preparation for owned channels (briefs, imagery selection, basic copy for invitations or CRM campaigns).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised alternance/apprenticeship programme or equivalent higher-education course in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or Communication.
  • Strong commercial sensibility and demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, discretion and professional presentation appropriate to a couture environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or marketing internship experience preferred; any client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail will be considered an advantage.

Education

Currently enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor or Master track) with alternance/apprenticeship approval in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or Communication.
