Client Marketing Assistant (Alternance)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of client marketing and CRM campaigns across local boutiques and digital channels, from brief to live deployment.
- Manage and maintain client databases: segmentation, cleansing, and preparation of mailing lists for targeted activations.
- Produce regular campaign and performance reports (KPI tracking), drawing actionable insights for optimisation.
- Coordinate with boutique teams, retail operations and central marketing to ensure alignment on promotions, events and client communications.
- Assist in the organisation and operational delivery of client‑facing events and in‑store activations.
- Prepare presentation materials and assets for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of client communication content, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar and eligible for alternance (work‑study) beginning September 2026.
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with an attention to detail for data preparation and KPI reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with boutiques and internal teams.
- Professional maturity, discretion and an affinity for luxury retail environments.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in marketing, CRM, retail operations or client relations is desirable; this role is appropriate for candidates at the start of their professional career seeking a work‑study placement in luxury client marketing.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance contract starting September 2026.
