Chanel is hiring a Client Marketing Assistant (Alternance) in Cannes — work‑study position starting Sept 2026 supporting CRM, boutique coordination and client campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support execution of client marketing and CRM campaigns across local boutiques and digital channels, from brief to live deployment.
  • Manage and maintain client databases: segmentation, cleansing, and preparation of mailing lists for targeted activations.
  • Produce regular campaign and performance reports (KPI tracking), drawing actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Coordinate with boutique teams, retail operations and central marketing to ensure alignment on promotions, events and client communications.
  • Assist in the organisation and operational delivery of client‑facing events and in‑store activations.
  • Prepare presentation materials and assets for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of client communication content, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar and eligible for alternance (work‑study) beginning September 2026.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with an attention to detail for data preparation and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with boutiques and internal teams.
  • Professional maturity, discretion and an affinity for luxury retail environments.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance contract starting September 2026.
