Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome each client upon arrival, adhering to the brand's distinguished codes.
- Engage with clients to ascertain the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate contact or waiting area.
- Ensure a pleasant waiting experience for clients using the tools provided by the brand.
- Identify VIP clients to proactively offer additional services such as valet, and connections with hotels or restaurants.
- Facilitate seamless client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.
- Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels, document appointment outcomes, and liaise with sales teams.
- Engage clients with the brand's history and boutique specifics to spark curiosity.
- Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales advisors.
- Uphold the brand's image and ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the client experience.
- Participate in the facilitation of Morning Briefs.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in client-facing roles (hospitality, restaurant, animation, concierge).
