Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee boutique service operations, ensuring effective communication between boutiques and agencies, and manage monthly invoice and budget tracking.
- Participate in the project for handling customer calls from Parisian boutiques and the Southern hub.
- Monitor the adoption and performance of various digital projects in boutiques.
- Assist in launching a new tool for customer reception and optimize waiting times, client appointments, and deployment in target boutiques.
- Share follow-up reports and manage boutique pages (GMB, Store locator).
- Track results from Mystery Shopper visits for the Fashion network in France and report purchases back to boutiques.
- Analyze client feedback through the Voice of Client.
- Conduct competitive analysis on services offered by competitor boutiques and other retail concepts through boutique visits, internet, and social media monitoring.
- Contribute to the preparation of various presentations.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent higher education program.
- Motivation to work in the Luxury and Retail sectors.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in Retail is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing higher education, preferably in a business-related field.
