Chanel seeks a Client Experience Assistant (Internship) for Haute Couture in Paris — start September 2026. Support VIP client relations and couture salon operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Haute Couture client experience team in daily operations and VIP client servicing.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, fittings and client visits in the couture salon, ensuring a seamless in-person experience.
  • Prepare client dossiers, catalogues and presentation materials ahead of appointments and private viewings.
  • Update and maintain client records in the CRM and ensure prompt follow-up on client requests and action items.
  • Liaise with ateliers, production and logistics to confirm availability, delivery timelines and bespoke requests.
  • Assist with organisation and on-site support for exclusive events, private viewings and trunk shows.
  • Draft professional client communications (invitations, confirmations and follow-up messages) under supervision.
  • Produce concise reports and post-visit summaries for senior client advisors and management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver service that reflects haute couture standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in fashion, luxury management, communications, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a refined, client-focused demeanour.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High discretion, professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for events or fittings.
  • Demonstrated interest in haute couture and luxury fashion.

Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in fashion, luxury management, communications, marketing or a related field.
