Chanel in Paris seeks a Client Experience & Digital Learning Assistant (Alternance) starting Sept 2026 — apprenticeship in fashion client experience and e‑learning.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, production and deployment of digital learning content and micro‑learning modules for the fashion division and retail teams.
- Maintain and update the learning management system (LMS) and learning calendars; ensure materials are accessible and version-controlled.
- Coordinate training logistics and communications for in-store and corporate audiences, including scheduling sessions and preparing training packs.
- Collaborate with Retail, HR, Product and Digital teams to collect field feedback, capture best practices and iterate learning materials.
- Assist in measurement activities: collect learner feedback, compile participation and performance metrics, and produce concise reports for stakeholders.
- Contribute to content creation: slide decks, videos, quizzes and job aids tailored to client experience initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Experience & Digital Learning team and participate in project meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s track) in Learning & Development, HR, Digital Communication, Fashion Management or equivalent, eligible for alternance.
- Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
- High interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset suitable for liaison with retail teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capacity to draft clear training materials and succinct reports.
- Comfort with digital tools and an eagerness to learn e‑learning production and LMS workflows.
Skills
Experience
Ideal candidates will have prior academic projects or internships in retail, learning & development, digital content or customer experience. Practical exposure to training delivery or retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Current enrolment in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s track) in HR, Learning & Development, Digital Communication, Fashion Management or a related discipline, with eligibility for alternance contracts.
