Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement Project Manager in planning and executing engagement initiatives for the French market, including campaigns, in‑store activations and clienteling programs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — boutiques, CRM, marketing, digital and operations — to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, monitor budgets and escalate risks or delays promptly.
- Prepare project documentation and executive‑level materials: status reports, presentations, post‑campaign analyses and KPI dashboards.
- Assist with campaign implementation activities such as content validation, UAT coordination, vendor follow‑up and logistics for events or activations.
- Collect and analyse engagement metrics to inform optimisation recommendations and contribute to post‑launch reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+2/+3/+4/+5 program (business, marketing, communications, luxury management or equivalent) and eligible for alternance/work‑study placement.
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear presentations and concise reports for senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, service‑orientated mindset with a genuine interest in luxury retail, client experience and CRM‑driven engagement.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in marketing, retail operations, CRM or client experience is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate relevant academic coursework and a capacity for applied project work.
Education
Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor's or Master's level) in business, marketing, communications, luxury management or a related discipline; eligibility for alternance/work‑study required.
