Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize tools and platforms to gather and analyze client data.
- Update monthly CRM KPIs.
- Participate in the creation of training materials for clienteling tools.
- Provide key insights about clients to regional markets.
- Support cross-department projects by interacting with IT and Digital departments.
- Coordinate 1-to-many communication between global and regional digital teams.
- Share digital communication tools with regional markets.
- Coordinate and follow up on orders for printed communication tools and client gifts.
- Collect and share market feedback with regional and global teams.
- Update and manage the monthly marketing newsletter.
- Analyze results of client communication campaigns.
- Ensure global service guidelines are communicated within the region.
- Coordinate Mystery Shopping initiatives with external agencies and local teams.
- Collaborate with the European team on Chanel Customer Service coordination.
- Ensure regional boutique page information is current.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program (Engineering, Business School, Specialized Master).
- Successful first international experience.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in database management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
