Chanel is hiring a Client Development Manager in Boca Raton, FL — lead clienteling, CRM campaigns and VIP initiatives for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies to grow boutique revenue and lifetime value of clients.
  • Manage and leverage the boutique CRM to segment clients, design targeted campaigns, and track conversion metrics.
  • Provide coaching and performance guidance to sales teams to elevate clienteling standards and deliver a consistent luxury client experience.
  • Analyze sales and client data to produce actionable insights, sales forecasts and regular reports for regional leadership.
  • Coordinate VIP events, private appointments and client outreach in partnership with merchandising and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with brand service protocols, visual standards and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating CRM and sales data into commercial actions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with a track record of improving team performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • High professional standards, discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience
