Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs, ensuring a seamless and exceptional Chanel experience.
  • Provide comprehensive product advisory and client services across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including boutique staff and functional teams, to address client needs effectively.
  • Support seasonal outbound outreach initiatives by proactively contacting clients with updates, exclusive offers, and invitations.
  • Engage clients to build long-term relationships, prioritizing client satisfaction as a core service value.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Chanel's products and services to address general inquiries.
  • Facilitate a simplified service experience through guided navigation, troubleshooting, and personalized assistance.
  • Ensure accurate handover or escalation of cases to the appropriate functional teams, delivering precise data and insights.
  • Assist internal teams by acting as a communication channel for outbound client engagements, such as events and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer care with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Thai and English communication, both spoken and written, with a TOEIC score of 700 or above being advantageous. Positive attitude, empathy, and resilience in handling client queries and needs. Growth mindset with self-motivation and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client experience roles, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.

Education

University degree in a related field.
