Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, discreet service to high-net-worth and regular clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while accurately recording sales activity in the CRM/POS.
  • Maintain encyclopedic product knowledge across Chanel categories and communicate features and heritage with authority.
  • Manage boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Handle stock management, replenishment, receiving and basic inventory reconciliation in collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Process transactions, exchanges and after-sales requests with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Support and participate in private client events, trunk shows and in-store activations to enhance client relationships.
  • Protect client confidentiality and exercise impeccable professional discretion at all times.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native Spanish with strong spoken English; additional languages an asset.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and boutique events.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico.

Experience

1–3 years of progressive, client-facing experience within luxury or premium retail environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and refined clienteling abilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality preferred.
