Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, highly personalised client service across sales, private appointments and aftercare to nurture long‑term relationships and loyalty
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling
- Manage the clienteling lifecycle: prospecting, booking appointments, follow‑up and maintaining accurate client records
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain point‑of‑sale and CRM records
- Participate in inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving procedures to ensure product availability
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and in‑store events geared to key client segments
- Operate as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product collections, heritage and technical details
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales within the premium or luxury sector
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client‑centric orientation and polished presentation
- Demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets and to develop new and repeat clients
- High level of discretion when handling VIP clients and confidential client information
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet boutique operational needs
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a well‑documented history of meeting sales targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred but not required.
