Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Provide expert styling advice and product consultations tailored to each client's tastes and needs.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate and average transaction value.
  • Maintain exacting standards of visual merchandising to present product and store environment in accordance with Chanel guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and ensure accurate record‑keeping within the CRM and inventory systems.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with store management on replenishment and transfers.
  • Support boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, collaborating with the wider store and regional teams.
  • Uphold brand integrity in every client interaction, including after-sales service, repairs and exchanges.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to cultivate high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail in merchandising and presentation.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic CRM usage; comfort with digital appointment and clienteling tools.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; ability to travel locally for client appointments when required.
  • High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management or related discipline preferred.
