Chanel Paris is hiring a Sales Advisor for the 19 Cambon boutique. Permanent role delivering luxury client service and meeting retail targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service and develop lasting relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales care.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while executing store promotional initiatives and private client events.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising to Chanel visual standards, including window and floor displays.
  • Manage transactions, POS procedures, stock movements and inventory reconciliation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Keep comprehensive client records and follow up on leads using the boutique CRM; prepare sales reports and pass insights to management.
  • Participate in product training and brand initiatives to deepen product knowledge across couture, leather goods, accessories and beauty.

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanour with strong customer‑facing communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Fluency in French; professional command of English strongly preferred for interacting with international clientele.
  • Proven ability to work to high standards of discretion and luxury service etiquette.
  • Availability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, in line with boutique opening hours.

Experience
