Chanel Mexico City (Polanco) seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury client service, achieve sales targets and uphold boutique standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients and VIPs, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
  • Maintain an intimate and current knowledge of product ranges (ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories, fragrance and beauty) to present merchandise with authority and finesse.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling with accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld at all times, including window displays and floor replenishment.
  • Support inventory control activities: receiving, tagging, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coordinate and participate in client events, private appointments and in-store trunk shows to amplify client engagement.
  • Collaborate with store management and colleagues to share market intelligence, client preferences and to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
  • Flawless personal presentation and professional demeanour suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrable numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or premium consumer brands, with a proven record of meeting sales objectives and building high-value client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is an advantage.
