Chanel in Los Cabos is hiring a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury retail service and drive sales for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and post-sale service using the store CRM.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Process POS transactions, prepare sales paperwork and ensure compliance with internal controls and brand policies.
  • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to share market feedback and support store initiatives, events or trunk shows.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury clientele.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport, influence purchase decisions and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in Mexico and availability to be based in Los Cabos.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience managing VIP clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or hospitality preferred.
