Client Advisor — Fashion
Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Seoul. Deliver luxury client service, drive sales and represent the maison’s ready-to-wear and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects Chanel’s standards of service and discretion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio using the boutique CRM; schedule and manage private appointments and personal-shopping services.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and complementary categories; present collections with editorial sensibility.
- Ensure boutique visual merchandising, presentation and housekeeping meet brand directives at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately while adhering to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage stock rotation, replenishment and basic inventory tasks; coordinate with stockroom and central teams for special requests and alterations.
- Support in-boutique events, product launches and client entertainment initiatives; liaise with management on localized marketing activities.
- Uphold brand image and confidentiality in all client interactions and maintain compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high‑level customer service in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-centric demeanour.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise client appointments and work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Legal right to work in South Korea (if applicable).
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in luxury or premium-fashion retail sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in fashion, retail management or business are advantageous but not required.
