Chanel in Seoul seeks a Client Advisor (CCA - FA) to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and uphold the brand's luxury standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to cultivate long‑term client relationships and maximise client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow‑up.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories to advise clients authoritatively on style, fit and craftsmanship.
  • Manage CRM records, appointment scheduling and targeted communications to drive repeat visits and VIP engagement.
  • Execute visual merchandising and maintain impeccable presentation standards on the sales floor and product displays.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale procedures, process transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments and receipts.
  • Support inventory control, receiving and stock replenishment to uphold product availability and store organisation.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on events, private appointments and seasonal initiatives to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset and polished professional presence.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Proven ability to manage client records and follow a CRM‑led clienteling approach.
  • Attention to detail in merchandising, presentation and transaction handling.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of direct luxury or premium retail experience, or equivalent customer‑facing experience in a high‑service environment. Proven sales performance and prior exposure to a CRM‑driven clienteling approach are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
