Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and loyalty with high-net-worth and aspirational clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets through appointment selling, consultative styling and proactive clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients authoritatively and confidently.
- Manage client records and follow-up activity using CRM and appointment tools to drive repeat business and tailored communications.
- Ensure the Chanel boutique/counter at Saks Atlanta is presentation-perfect: uphold visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and adhere to company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with Saks retail management and Chanel field teams on events, private appointments and product launches.
- Participate in regular product and service training sessions to remain current with brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury fashion retail or department-store environment, with proven sales results.
- Demonstrable ability to build and sustain relationships with affluent clientele through consultative selling.
- Strong verbal presentation and interpersonal skills; polished professional appearance and discretion.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of direct experience in luxury retail or a premium department-store setting, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing a high-value client base. Experience representing international luxury brands or working within concession/department store environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred but not required.
