Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Fashion Advisor in delivering exceptional, personalised client service and clienteling activities (appointments, follow-ups, after-sales care).
  • Assist with sales transactions and point-of-sale procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with store policies.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to Chanel standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment and polished product displays.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, tagging, stock counts and back-of-house organisation.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, prepare client dossiers and compile sales reports or handovers for the advisory team.
  • Contribute to achieving sales KPIs and boutique operational targets; respond flexibly to peak trading hours and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Authorized to work in South Korea.
  • Professional demeanour with demonstrable client-facing experience; prior exposure to luxury retail preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and occasional evenings.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector; demonstrated success supporting sales advisors and maintaining boutique standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
