Client Advisor Assistant
Chanel in Paris seeks a Fashion Advisor Assistant to support client service, styling and boutique operations in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion Advisor in delivering exceptional, personalised client service and building long-term client relationships.
- Assist with styling appointments and in-boutique consultations, offering product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal collections.
- Operate the boutique’s point-of-sale and CRM systems to process transactions, record client interactions, and manage appointment schedules.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation in accordance with Chanel’s brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Support stock handling, replenishment and inventory procedures, including receiving, labeling and back-of-house organisation.
- Contribute to after-sales service activities, including alterations follow-up, repairs coordination and client communications.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and accurately report daily sales activity and KPI metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Polished professional appearance and strong service orientation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, advise and build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Organisational rigour and attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and client record-keeping.
- Discretion, reliability and commitment to upholding brand confidentiality and presentation standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior candidates with 0–2 years of retail experience are suitable; 1+ year of experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. Prior exposure to personalised client service and styling or a boutique environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent. Vocational training in retail, fashion, or luxury goods is desirable but not mandatory.
