Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the public face of the Chanel & Moi initiative, embodying the brand’s values and aesthetic in all client interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Support in-store activations and private events — from concept execution to guest management and post-event follow-up.
  • Drive awareness and lead generation for Chanel product ranges through in-person engagement and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with the store team and marketing to provide frontline feedback on client preferences, campaign reception and local market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments and sales leads; produce concise reports for store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to represent a luxury brand with poise, discretion and impeccable presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with affluent and aspirational clientele.
  • Comfortable with public-facing activations and hosting small-scale client events.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail when managing appointments, guest lists and follow-up.

Experience
