Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the public face of the Chanel & Moi initiative, embodying the brand’s values and aesthetic in all client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Support in-store activations and private events — from concept execution to guest management and post-event follow-up.
- Drive awareness and lead generation for Chanel product ranges through in-person engagement and community outreach.
- Collaborate with the store team and marketing to provide frontline feedback on client preferences, campaign reception and local market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments and sales leads; produce concise reports for store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to represent a luxury brand with poise, discretion and impeccable presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with affluent and aspirational clientele.
- Comfortable with public-facing activations and hosting small-scale client events.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail when managing appointments, guest lists and follow-up.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, brand ambassadorship, events or hospitality is preferred; typically 1–3 years of relevant client-facing experience demonstrating successful client acquisition and relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary qualification in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
