Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage cash, card and electronic transactions with accuracy and discretion.
- Perform daily till reconciliation, prepare end-of-day reports and secure cash floats according to company procedures.
- Deliver exemplary, client-focused service aligned with Chanel’s luxury standards; greet clients, answer transactional queries and support a seamless checkout experience.
- Support sales advisors by processing purchases, exchanges and returns while respecting company policies and preserving client confidentiality.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards in the checkout area and assist with stock replenishment as required.
- Ensure compliance with anti-fraud, cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
- Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory discrepancies, client requests and operational issues.
- Contribute to a collaborative boutique environment, assisting in onboarding of new team members and participating in retail initiatives.
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
- Demonstrable numeracy and meticulous attention to detail; proven trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive client information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and high-season demands.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail cashier or customer-facing transactional experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
