Role & Responsibilities

Execute all cash register transactions in strict compliance with Chanel procedures and legal requirements.
Manage daily opening and closing of the cash desk, including controls and reconciliations.
Ensure secure processing of all payment methods in line with Chanel's standards.
Follow up on specific transactions such as policy on sale and bank transfers, escalating when necessary.
Act as a communication relay within the team to ensure clear communication and proper application of rules and procedures.
Contribute to smooth collaboration with boutique teams to guarantee a flawless client journey.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Cashier, ideally within fashion or luxury.

Skills

Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Confidence with digital tools and cash register systems. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Client-oriented mindset combined with discretion and reliability.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Cashier, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
