Chanel in Paris seeks a Campus Management Manager (fixed-term) to oversee corporate campus operations, facilities and workplace experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of the corporate campus, ensuring facilities, services and common areas meet high standards of presentation, comfort and functionality.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, service providers and in-house teams for cleaning, security, maintenance, catering and reception services; manage contracts and SLAs.
  • Plan and deliver campus projects and refurbishments in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants, including budget follow-up and vendor selection.
  • Oversee space planning, occupancy monitoring and moves to optimise workplace utilisation and support organisational changes.
  • Develop and enforce health, safety and security protocols across the campus, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Design and manage campus-wide events and VIP visits, coordinating logistics, hospitality and technical requirements to reflect the brand’s standards.
  • Act as primary liaison with corporate functions (HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal) to align campus services with employee experience and business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability, cost control and service quality across facilities operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in facilities, workplace or campus management within a corporate or complex estate environment.
  • Strong project and contract management capabilities, including budget control and vendor negotiation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple corporate functions.
  • Sound knowledge of health & safety, security and regulatory compliance applicable to corporate campuses.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage simultaneous operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Several years of progressively responsible experience (typically 5+ years) in facilities, workplace or campus management, including managing contractors and delivering capital or refurbishment projects in a corporate or luxury-brand environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
