Business Systems Analyst — Finance (Order-to-Cash)
Chanel seeks a Business Systems Analyst — Finance (O2C) in Hong Kong to optimise Order‑to‑Cash processes, support ERP initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse, document and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across finance, sales and operations, identifying opportunities for automation and controls.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs; liaise between finance stakeholders, product owners and IT teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead and execute system configuration, integration mapping and data validation within ERP and ancillary systems for O2C workflows.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities including unit tests, integration tests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); manage defect triage and resolution cycles.
- Provide post-deployment support and operational handover: create process documentation, runbooks and deliver training for finance and commercial users.
- Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor O2C performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communications and change management activities for system releases and process redesigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in data validation, reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working across finance, commercial and IT stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in testing methodologies and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of experience in finance systems or business analysis roles with a focus on Order-to-Cash, ERP implementations or finance process optimisation. Experience working within a matrixed, global organisation and participating in cross-functional projects is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or equivalent.
