Chanel seeks a Business Systems Analyst — Finance (O2C) in Hong Kong to optimise Order‑to‑Cash processes, support ERP initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse, document and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across finance, sales and operations, identifying opportunities for automation and controls.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs; liaise between finance stakeholders, product owners and IT teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead and execute system configuration, integration mapping and data validation within ERP and ancillary systems for O2C workflows.
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities including unit tests, integration tests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); manage defect triage and resolution cycles.
  • Provide post-deployment support and operational handover: create process documentation, runbooks and deliver training for finance and commercial users.
  • Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards to monitor O2C performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and change management activities for system releases and process redesigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in data validation, reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across finance, commercial and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in testing methodologies and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or equivalent.
