Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe eyewear retail business by preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, KPI trackers and executive summaries for regional managers.
- Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to identify performance drivers at boutique and regional levels (sell-through, conversion, average transaction value).
- Contribute to forecasting, assortment and replenishment reviews by consolidating POS and inventory data and highlighting trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to monitor boutique performance and promotional impact for the Eyewear category.
- Collaborate with retail, merchandising and operations teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise slide decks and presentations for stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable preparing business presentations in PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesise data into clear insights and to communicate findings to commercial and retail stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive team player with an interest in luxury retail, fashion or eyewear categories.
- Professional-level French and good working knowledge of English preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience in business analysis, retail analytics or commercial reporting is advantageous but not mandatory. A demonstrated interest in luxury retail, eyewear or fashion merchandising will be valued.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
