Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Fashion division’s commercial performance monitoring through regular analysis of sales, sell-through, inventory and margin KPIs.
  • Design, build and maintain management dashboards and automated reports using Excel and modern BI tools to inform Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail and Finance stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses to answer commercial questions (price elasticity, SKU performance, seasonality, channel mix) and translate results into clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to demand and inventory forecasting processes by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Standardize reporting routines and automate recurring data flows to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Prepare clear slide decks and present findings to business partners; ensure follow-through on analytical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to validate data sources, resolve discrepancies and improve governance of commercial datasets.
  • Participate in projects to refine KPIs, implement new reporting metrics and support pilot initiatives across channels.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Management or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study eligible).
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling) and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience with at least one BI or data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and familiarity with SQL for data extraction.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Availability to start the alternance in September 2026 and commit to the work‑study schedule required by the academic program.

Experience
