Brand Manager — Distributed Brands
Chanel in Mexico City seeks a Brand Manager (Distributed Brands) to lead wholesale partnerships and commercial strategy for distributed channels.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for distributed and wholesale channels, ensuring alignment with Chanel brand positioning and product calendar.
- Manage commercial relationships with distributors, wholesalers and partner retailers; negotiate commercial terms, pricing and supply plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail operations, marketing, supply chain) to deliver product launches, in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, assortment productivity and stock flow; prepare forecasts, sell-in/sell-through reporting and corrective action plans.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and experiential standards across third-party points of sale through training, visual directives and compliance reviews.
- Own P&L inputs for the distributed channel: budget planning, margin management and KPI tracking to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive local market initiatives, promotional calendars and localized marketing briefs in collaboration with regional marketing and CRM teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, wholesale/distribution or trade marketing within luxury fashion, beauty or premium consumer goods.
- Demonstrable track record of managing distributor or wholesale networks and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional and external partners.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in brand, wholesale or trade roles within luxury fashion, beauty or premium consumer goods, including direct exposure to distributor or retailer management and commercial negotiations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
