Role & Responsibilities

  • Personify the Chanel brand within the boutique, delivering exemplary, discreet and personalized service to private and walk-in clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communications.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and by promoting product stories across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty categories.
  • Manage VIP relationships and organize private appointments, trunk shows and in-boutique events in coordination with boutique management.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique standards align with Chanel directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Process transactions, returns and stock movements accurately while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and regional leadership to share market feedback, client insights and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium hospitality sales, preferably within couture, accessories or beauty.
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience with VIP or HNW clients and ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with consistent achievement of sales targets and KPI reporting.
  • Impeccable presentation, discretion and understanding of luxury service protocols.
  • Legal right to work in Mexico and availability to work evenings, weekends and retail hours typical of central urban boutiques.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with proven sales outcomes and experience managing VIP clientele.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or certifications in retail, hospitality or fashion are advantageous.
