Chanel is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Ciudad de Mexico — represent the maison, deliver VIP client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the public face of the brand in Mexico City, delivering impeccable, personalised service to VIP and prospective clients.
- Develop and manage a proprietary client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling, private appointments and aftercare to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through tailored selling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories (fashion, accessories, beauty/fragrance).
- Curate and host intimate events, trunk shows and bespoke appointments in collaboration with the boutique team and regional management.
- Maintain exhaustive product knowledge and translate Chanel heritage and product narratives into persuasive, experiential client interactions.
- Coordinate with boutique management on stock allocation, visual merchandising cues and inventory integrity to preserve brand standards.
- Record client interactions and commercial activity accurately within the CRM/POS system and contribute to regular reporting on KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales (typically 3+ years), preferably with experience representing a heritage fashion or beauty maison.
- Polished interpersonal presence and exceptional verbal communication; ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Commercially driven with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; willingness to participate in private appointments and client events.
- Discreet, professional demeanour with high standards of personal presentation and confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail, prestige beauty or high-end fashion sales with a proven record of managing VIP clients and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary study in fashion, marketing, business or a related discipline preferred.
