Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure a flawless client experience aligned with Chanel brand standards.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales advisors to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store presentation to preserve brand image and seasonal directives.
- Drive clienteling activities and CRM usage to grow and retain a high-value client portfolio.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, POS operations and administrative processes.
- Build staff schedules, support recruitment and conduct performance feedback with a focus on talent development.
- Coordinate with regional management on promotions, events and boutique-level initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to coach a diverse team.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector, including at least one year in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity responsible for sales performance and staff development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in business, retail management, fashion or hospitality preferred. Formal training in luxury retail or client service advantageous.
